H Bitfury σε συμφωνία με την κυβέρνηση της Γεωργίας για την καταγραφή τίτλων ιδιοκτησίας μέσω του Bitcoin Blockchain

H Bitfury μαι από την μεγαλύτερες εταιρείες του Bitcoin mining ανακοίνωσε την σύναψη συμφωνίας με την κυβέρνηση της Γεωργίας για την καταγραφή των τίτλων ιδιοκτησίας γης μέσω του Bitcoin Blockchain. Το project αυτό όπως ανακοίνωσαν αναπτύχθηκε σε συνεργασία με τον οργανισμό για την προάσπιση των δικαιωμάτων ιδιοκτησίας στις αναπτυσσόμενες χώρες Institute for Liberty and Democracy επικεφαλής του οποίου είναι ο οικονομολογός Hernando de Soto Polar.

H συμφωνία αυτή είναι πάρα πολύ σημαντική καθώς όπως περιγράφει και ο Hernando de Soto Polar με δηλώσεις του στο forbes λύνει μια για πάντα το πρόβλημα της πιστοποίησης ιδιοκτησίας τίτλων γης μέσω ενός ασφαλούς συστήματος που κάνεις δεν μπορεί να αλλοιώσει όπως είναι το bitcoin blockchain, μειώνει εντυπωσιακά το κόστος μεταβίβασης των τίτλων ενώ ανοίγει και τον δρόμο εφαρμογής του σε όλες τις αναπτυσσόμενες χώρες.

“Of the 7.3 billion people in the world, only two billion have a title that is legal and effective and public regarding their control over an asset,When something is not legally on record as being owned, it can therefore not be used … as collateral to get credit, as a credential that you can be able to transfer part of your property to invite investment in. Things are owned, but when they’re not adequately paperized or recorded, they cannot fill the functions of creating capital and credit.”

Το project αναμένετε να μπει σε λειτουργία προς τα τέλη του 2016 ενώ σύμφωνα με τις πρώτες τεχνικές λεπτομέρειες που ανακοινώθηκαν οι καταγραφές αυτών των τίτλων θα γίνονται αρχικά σε ένα private σύστημα το οποίο στην συνέχεια θα δημιουργεί εγγραφές στο bitcoin blockchain σύστημα εξασφαλίζονται με αυτό τον τρόπο την ακεραιότητα των τίτλων.

Είναι η δεύτερη μεγάλη συμφωνία της Bitfury στην Γεωργία καθώς πριν λίγους μήνες είχε ολοκληρώσει την δημιουργία των σύγχρονων mining farm στην χώρα.
