H Blockstream παρουσιάζει τις LApps εφαρμογές βασισμένες στο Lightning

Η Blockstream παρουσίασε ομάδα εφαρμογών, τα LApps όπως τα ονομάζει κυρίως για μικροπληρωμές βασισμένα στο Lightning Bitcoin network. Οι εφαρμογές αυτές αφορούν wordpress plugin για tip μέσω του lightning, εφαρμογή για πώληση ψηφιακών αρχείων, εφαρμογές πληρωμής για διαδικτυακά service usage καθώς και μια εφαρμογή music jukebox

Here’s a look back at our eight LApps to date:

Vendor Shopping LApps

  • Nanopos — A simple point-of-sale system for fixed-price goods
  • WooCommerce Lightning Gateway — A comprehensive e-commerce application that integrates with stock-management and order-tracking systems

Content Creator LApps

Service Micropayment LApps

  • Paypercall — A programmer’s toolkit for Lightning that enables micropayments for individual API calls
  • Ifpaytt — An extension of paypercall that allows web developers using IFTTT to request payments for service usage

Reimagined Technology LApps

  • Lightning Jukebox — A fun demo that reimagines a classic technology for the Lightning Network
  • Nanotip — The simple tip jar, rebuilt to issue Lightning Network invoices

As these eight LApps demonstrate, Lightning Charge offers boundless possibilities. If you can imagine an application for the Lightning Network, you can easily develop it with Lightning Charge. Οι εφαρμογές αυτές δείχνουν και τις δυνατότητες καινοτομίας και ανάπτυξης που μπορεί να φέρει το Lightning network κυρίως στον τομέα των μικροπληρωμών.

Ομως και στον τομέα των Bitcoin wallet έχουμε πλέον τις πρώτες εφαρμογές που ενσωματώνουν τις Lightning network πληρωμές με τους προγραμματιστές του Bitcoin wallet Eclair να ανακοινώνουν την πρώτη έκδοση για το mainet δίκτυο του Bitcoin ενώ όπως αναφέρουν την επόμενη βδομάδα θα διαθέσουν και το πρώτο mobile wallet για android με ενσωματωμένο τις πληρωμές στο lightning network.
